Why dieting is a waste of time !?

People come to me who have been dieting for years - they usually say they've tried every single diet ou there, yet they can't stay slim for long.



Some cut carbs, some count calories, some ban whole food groups and they spend their lives weighing and measuring out food. This kind of dieting is a waste of time! It might help you at first, and you might drop a dress size or two, but you'll gain it back as soon as you come of that drastic diet because your body will still be toxic.


My approach is different. My approach is holistic. My approach is individual to you. There are no crazy rules, no measuring out food, no counting calories and very little is banned.


Following some key simple rules where we focus on clean eating you will get into easy habits that will become so natural to you that soon you won't have to think about what you can or cannot eat. You'll quickly and effortlessly become clean and right after you'll see you'll become lean as your body releases excess fat that it's been there for years.


Don't diet! Change your habits for good so you can start eating clean and feeling lean. That is something that will last more than a diet fade; it will last a lifetime !
