About the MOTR
The MOTR, a single piece of equipment, is like a giant foam roller with resistance bands attached to one end. The bands can be adjusted to replicate the resistance of three, six or nine pounds. It is designed to focus on alignment, balance, core control and functional movement patterns.

MOTR allows you to focus on the principles of alignment, balance, core control and functional movement patterns. Exercises vary easily to provide appropriate fitness challenges for clients at any level, from senior citizens to professional athletes.
The great thing about the MOTR is that it’s versatile. And, it's fun !
You sit on it, lay on it, stand on it, kneel on it… Once you find one of those positions you can use the resistance bands and your own range of motion to work your arms, legs, core, back… all Pilates principles are followed to ensure you are safe and technique is present.
As your personal trainer I will guide you and instruct every exercise so you not only get fitter and fitter with every session you take but also have fun with it.
